    ● Established the inaugural Office of Diversity & Inclusion for 5,000 corporate employees and expanded to include all 82,000 employees at 16 institutions including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham Health● Founded the highly-acclaimed annual DE&I Summit, attracting more than 4,700 leaders across the system● Designed and implemented the highly successful United Against Racism Strategy that has already resulted in:    - Hiring goals for senior leaders (leading to two new African American hospital presidents)    - Increase in system-wide Board diversity by 20%    - Educating 400 leaders on “Race Conversations”

  • Founder and Lead Strategic Consultant Center Focus International, Inc.

    ● Provide strategic consultation on diversity, equity and inclusion for Fortune 100 companies such as Prudential, Houghton Mifflin, BP Oil and Harvard University● Mitigate unconscious bias in diverse talent review sessions at Cardinal Health● Created Harvard Pilgrim's and the country's first 5-day cultural competency course for physicians, which received White House recognition for innovation and creativity● Designed toolkit to promote DE&I conversations and behaviors that has been used in all Novartis conference rooms worldwide● Increased women in leadership by 18% at the CIA through a 3-day leadership development experience that was repeated annually for five years● Designed and executed the first global learning and organization effectiveness strategy for Pfizer, Inc. and its 85,000 employees
